What we need from you
A room or shaded space, chairs, a power point, drinking water, and someone to tell people the camp is happening. Publicity is the thing hosts most often under-do — a well-announced camp screens three times as many people as a quiet one. We bring everything clinical.

Before you ask
For schools, villages, RWAs, temples, ashrams and NGOs — yes, entirely. There is no charge to the host or to any participant. These camps are funded by our corporate programme and by donors. Corporate wellness days are priced, and that surplus is what pays for the free ones.
Four to six weeks is comfortable. We can sometimes move faster in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh where our volunteer base is deepest. Elsewhere, more notice genuinely helps.
Most camps screen, educate and refer. Where a mobile dental unit can reach you, we can also treat on the day — extractions, restorations and scaling. Say so in the form and we will tell you honestly whether a unit can get to you.
Written parental consent is required before any child is examined, and forms go home two weeks ahead in the language the family reads. No consent, no examination — there are no exceptions to this.
With permission, yes — and we would love the photographs. But no participant is photographed without their own consent, and no clinical image is published in a way that identifies a person. Nobody is a prop.
