Companies · Paid — funds rural camps

Corporate Dental Wellness

An on-site screening day your employees will actually attend — and every rupee of surplus pays for a free rural camp.

🏢 Overview

What this programme is

Dental problems are one of the quietest causes of lost working days in India: people work through the pain until they cannot, then take a week off for something that a ten-minute intervention would have prevented.

This is the one programme we charge for, deliberately. Corporate wellness days are priced to cross-subsidise Project Bharat, so a screening day at your office directly funds camps in villages that could never pay for one.

What is included

Every time we run it

  • On-site screening bays set up in a meeting room or cafeteria — no clinic visit, no half-day lost
  • Individual confidential findings shared with each employee, never with the employer
  • Oral-cancer screening for every employee over 30, and for every tobacco user regardless of age
  • A 20-minute session on the things desk workers actually get wrong: grinding, coffee, and 'I brush harder'
  • An anonymised, aggregated organisational report for your HR and wellness team
  • A CSR utilisation note showing exactly which rural camps your day funded
Who it is for

Three main hosts

Corporate offices

One to three days depending on headcount. Typically 60–80 employees screened per bay per day.

Factories & plants

Shift-aligned scheduling, plus tobacco cessation support where chewing tobacco use is common.

CSR & ESG teams

Structured as a fundable programme with reporting built for Schedule VII compliance.

How it runs

Four steps on the ground

01

Scope the day

Headcount, shifts, room, power. We confirm the plan and the cost within two working days.

02

Sign-up, not summons

Employees book slots themselves. Mandatory wellness has terrible attendance; optional and well-publicised does not.

03

Screen confidentially

Findings go to the individual. The employer sees only anonymised aggregates.

04

Fund the field

Surplus is allocated to a named rural camp, and you get the report from it.

💡 We will not run a corporate day that shares individual clinical findings with an employer. If that is a requirement, we are the wrong provider.
