Family Preventive Plans
One yearly prevention cycle for the whole household — with reminders in your own language, so it actually happens.
What this programme is
Most Indian families do not have a dentist; they have a dentist they went to once, during an emergency, several years ago. Prevention fails at the household level not because people disagree with it, but because nothing ever reminds them.
A Family Preventive Plan is deliberately unglamorous: an annual check for everyone under one roof, a written plan for the year, and reminders that arrive when they are due.
Every time we run it
- An annual oral examination for every member of the household, from the youngest to the oldest
- A written family prevention plan — who needs what, and when, over the next twelve months
- Age-appropriate guidance: sealants for children, gum care in pregnancy, dry-mouth and denture care for elders
- Oral-cancer screening for every adult over 30 in the household
- Diet and habit counselling done for the family together, because nobody changes their diet alone
- Reminders by WhatsApp or SMS in your preferred language
Three main hosts
Growing families
The years when sealants, habit correction and orthodontic timing decisions actually matter.
Multi-generational homes
One visit covering children, adults and elders — three very different sets of risks.
Apartment communities
Households can enrol as a block through their RWA, which brings the per-family cost down sharply.
Four steps on the ground
Enrol
One short form per household. We confirm ages so the plan is built correctly.
Annual visit
At a camp near you, at a partner clinic, or at your apartment complex if enough families enrol together.
Written plan
You leave with a plan on paper, not verbal advice you will have forgotten by the weekend.
Reminders
We nudge you when something is due. That is most of the value.
